Shipping 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Orders within Australia will be sent via Australia Post Next Day Delivery with tracking.Most orders will dispatch within 1-2 days, please allow up to 7 working days for custom pieces. For specific queries or rush orders, please email us via the contact form below. Track your order at www.auspost.com.au

For Internationals orders, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. You will be able to use your tracking number to track with your local post office in your country once the package has cleared customs in your country. For specific enquiries about tracking your order, email us via the contact form below.

For US orders, you will receive your tracking number once the item has dispatched and you can track your package at www.USPS.com

Express Courier is available worldwide and can be selected at checkout.

Free Express Shipping on all orders within Australia.

Orders over $300 will be shipped free of charge worldwide. This discount will be automatically applied at checkout. 

 

Sales Tax + GST

GST and tax calculations are based on the country specified in your shipping address and are specified at checkout.

 

All products are proudly made in Bondi Beach, Australia +/or Miami, USA.

Various materials & components are sourced from USA, France, Italy + Brazil.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months at our e-shop from date of purchase.

 

Returns Policy 

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit to the same value of your product. Please note we do not do refunds on custom pieces.

In the instance that you received an incorrect or defective item, we will replace the item & pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

You should expect to receive your credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
